Pasta al Pesto Alfredo Bruselas

  1. Boil spaghetti or fetuccini.
  2. Boil brussel sprouts cut in half or quarters until al dente
  3. In a pan, sauté and burn cut garlic cloves in generous bath of olive oil
  4. Season with cut basil
  5. Mix seasoned pasta and brussel sprouts.
Optionally, stir in sour cream and parmessan cheese to taste.

This is not haute coosine. In fact, it isn't even coosine bas. It is simply a chow-mix for the would be vegetarian who is going nuts trying to figure out what to eat.
